How to clean up your image

With only one month left for 2009, the the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority suffered another train crash this past weekend.

How will metro be able to clean up their image? What new intense PR strategies will they have to employ? The Metro public relations team is definitely about to embark upon a tough challenge.
