I had never heard of RyanAir until today when I saw an article about RyanAir’s CEO Michael O’Leary and his idea to have passengers pay to use toilets in the air. Turns out O’Leary chalked up the cost-saving idea to a cheap PR stunt. Not classy if you ask me. But I’m sure other airlines thought, “well, if they do it, we will too!” Check out the article here.
