CEO Interview with former Enron CEO Jeff Skilling

Hindsight is always 20-20, isn’t it? I found this little nugget of a CEO interview with Fast Company’s Chuck Salter. This interview is older, but it’s interesting reading the excerpts from CEO Jeff Skilling, one of the largest crooks in corporate American history.

Hmm. This is why I like to do CEO interviews on property, at headquarters, in the heart of wherever Company XYZ does their thing every day. Why? Because you get to see a lot-how the employees seem (happy or stressed), what the interior design looks like (hip and splashy or dull and not an issue), and the CEO’s digs (over the top or a desk with a phone). Just feels more real. It could be hard for me to do CEO interviews in a studio or such.
